Kari_Shane_Davis_ZimmermanKari-Shane Davis Zimmerman is Associate Professor of Theology at the College of Saint Benedict/Saint John’s University (MN). She received her B.A. from The College of the Holy Cross (1996), her M.T.S. from Duke Divinity School (1999), and her Ph.D. in Theological Ethics from Marquette University (2007). Kari-Shane teaches undergraduate courses in Catholic theology, Christian ethics, sexual ethics, economic ethics, feminist ethics, and the thought of John Paul II. She has published articles in HorizonsHeythrop Journal, and the Journal of Catholic Social Thought. She is currently working on a book forthcoming from Liturgical Press that engages the topics of work, marriage, and sex in one’s daily life.  She recently concluded her three-year term as co-organizer of the annual New Wine, New Wineskins conference for young Catholic moral theologians at the University of Notre Dame. She is married with three children.
